Position Requirements

What we need from applicants

Previous SMM experience

Minimum 1+ years of professional social media management experience with content strategy, scheduling, and community management.

Portfolio or account links

Please provide links to accounts you have managed, sample posts, videos, campaigns, or a portfolio.

Own production setup

Reliable laptop or desktop plus a modern smartphone capable of heavy video editing and multitasking.

Fast, reliable internet

Minimum 50 Mbps upload/download with a power and internet backup plan for critical live-event coverage.

Sports obsession

Deep knowledge of current sports culture, storylines, teams, athletes, memes, and internet sports humor.

Mobile-first editing

Comfort with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, TikTok/Instagram editors, or similar fast-turn editing tools.

Clutch writing

Ability to write sharp, witty, grammatically clean copy while a game or breaking story is moving quickly.
