JCIT Services is looking for a results-driven SDR whose primary role is to actively find customers, sell directly, and close deals across JCIT Services, deluLubes, PoppersGuyPH, and partner brands. This is built for people who prefer earning from performance, not time.

30% Commission on total sales for JCIT Services and deluLubes.
PHP 50 + Markup Per PoppersGuyPH item based on SRP, plus 100% of your markup.
No Fixed Salary Income is directly tied to sales performance and closed deals.

Role Overview

Your job is to create demand and close

The SDR is responsible for daily selling activity from first contact to completed transaction. You will handle outreach, conversations, objections, order details, payment coordination, and follow-up opportunities.

Sales and lead generation

Actively find potential customers, perform outreach through social media, chat, calls, and other channels, and generate consistent daily leads.

Social media selling

Post product offers, promos, and content regularly while turning inquiries into paying customers.

Meetings and closing

Set up sales discussions when needed, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.

Compensation

Performance-based earnings

This is a commission-based contractor role with no fixed salary. Strong performers can earn significantly more because compensation follows actual sales results.

Commission per item based on SRP.

Markup 100%

You may add markup and keep the full markup amount.

JCIT Services 30%

Commission on total sales.

Requirements

Who should apply

Strong communicator

You can persuade clearly, respond quickly, and move conversations toward a decision.

Comfortable with hard selling

You are not shy about outreach, objections, follow-ups, and closing pressure.

Self-driven and reliable

You can manage your own activity, track deals, and protect customer and payment information.

Sales experience is a plus

Online selling, chat sales, field sales, or similar experience can help you ramp faster.
